Meet Michelle Frey
Michelle is the Owner and Managing Director of TAK, previously known as Hermann & Associates which she purchased back in 2016, and has been building its value ever since.
TAK stands for Tenacity, Authenticity and Kindness which is the way Michelle wants to live her life and run her business.
Michelle has a different view from the normal tax professional - she started her career in the corporate sector and was lucky to be involved in all parts of the business including sales & financial analysis, brand marketing, product development, systems implementation and business sales. Having experience with companies such as Lion Nathan, Foster's Wine Division, Nestle, Cadbury Schweppes and the Australian Grand Prix Corporation, Michelle can easily pull apart complex information and devise a clear and simple strategy for her clients.
Michelle’s passion is passing on her knowledge to people who share in similar ambition and tenacity to adapt business, for better.
When she’s not busy helping her clients, Michelle looks after her small team of horses and tries to perfect the art of dressage.
